2. Booking and Purchases
- All ticket purchases are final upon successful payment confirmation through the payment gateway.
- It is the buyer's responsibility to verify the event date, time, location, and ticket category before completing the transaction.
- A valid email address must be provided during purchase, as all tickets are delivered digitally as e-tickets.
3. Organizer Responsibilities
Organizers are solely responsible for hosting the event, setting pricing rules, validating tickets at the venue, and providing the advertised experiences. Ticket Koro acts purely as a ticketing service provider.
4. Prohibited Activities
Users agree not to:
- Resell tickets at inflated prices (scalping).
- Provide false details or use stolen credit cards to make bookings.
- Interfere with or disrupt the operation of the website.
5. Limitation of Liability
Ticket Koro shall not be held liable for any loss, damage, cancellation, or rescheduling of events by organizers, nor for any payment gateway issues outside of our control.
